Protein Construction: A DNA sequence encoding the rat CD63 (P28648) (Ala103-Val203) was with the Fc region of mouse IgG1 at the N-terminus.

Molecular Mass: The recombinant rat CD63 comprises 337 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 38.1 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 42-47 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
