Synonym : HA1
Protein Construction: A DNA sequence encoding the N-terminal segment (Met1-Arg339) of the Influenza A Virus hemagglutinin (A/Vietnam/UT31413II/2008(H5N1)) (ACB70702.1), termed as HA1, was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.

Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant HA1 subunit of influenza A H5N1 HA (A/Vietnam/UT31413II/2008(H5N1)) comprises 334 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 37.8 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 48-57 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
