The recombinant rat HepaCAM2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 559 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 62.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 66-73 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
緩沖液: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization. Specific concentrations are included in the hardcopy of COA.

HepaCAM2蛋白背景綜述

HepaCAM2, together with HEPACAM1, are cell adhesion molecules. They are cell adhesion molecules that belong to the immunoglobulin family. HEPACAM1 modulates cell adhesion and migration. It is involved in cell-extracellular matrix interactions and cell growth control of cancer cells. HepaCAM2 contains 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. It is widely expressed. HepaCAM2 is decreased in metastatic canine mammary carcinoma and their metastases. While in normal glands, HepaCAM2's expression levels remain the same.
