The G155-228 antibody is specific for the hapten trinitrophenol (TNP), a hapten not expressed on human, non-human primate, mouse, or rat
primary cells or cell lines. In the absence of specific binding, this immunoglobulin may bind non-specifically to Fc receptors.

APC Mouse IgM, κ Isotype Control Preparation and Storage：

The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
The antibody was conjugated to APC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free APC were removed.
