Nexturastat A是HDAC6高度選擇性抑制劑，IC50為5 nM，對其它HDAC亞型無抑制性。
Nexturastat A作用
體外活性：Nexturastat A對B16鼠黑色素瘤細胞的生長有顯著抑制作用（GI50：14.3 μM）。在B16鼠黑色素瘤細胞中，Nexturastat A劑量依賴性增加乙?；摩?微管蛋白水平，但不影響組蛋白H3乙酰化伴隨的膿腫。
